Education should start with love, set about the aspects of school environment, teaching proficiency, administration service, parent participation, community care, etc., and then create a learning model for children. The principal should set the school running standard by, “Observing students’ need for learning, stimulating teacher’ enthusiasm for serving.”

    教育應以「愛」為出發點,從學校環境、教師專業、行政服務、家長參與、社區關懷等面向著手,進而塑造孩子學習榜樣。校長應以「看見孩子學習的需要、激發教師服務的熱忱」做為辦學基準。

Create a warm and loving learning paradise by student-centered teaching strategies, and make children fall in loving with schooling and learn happily; also, fully maximize each child’s potential by means of implementing differentiated courses and teaching activities.

   

重視學生為「人」的主體性,打造溫馨有愛的學習樂園,使孩子喜歡上學且快樂的學習,並透過適性的課程設計與教學活動,充分發揮每位孩子的潛能。

The principal should serve as the role model to let each colleague be able to enjoy working, firing up teachers’ self-awareness the importance of their roles, so that the teachers can meet students’ needs, and then pursue professional development actively.

   

校長應以身作則,讓每位同仁均能樂在工作,激發其對自我扮演教師角色重要性的信念,以服務學生的需求,從而積極追求自我的專業成長。

Community Resource and Parents Participation- Integrate the Supporting System

Pursue education marketing; develop fine public relationship, and build parents-teacher communication platform to have community resource and parents participation become school’s back-up and supporting system.

Perceive the teachers’, parents’, and students’ paragon of virtue or achievements, and give credits to them in public, so that every parent, teacher, and student would be moved.
